Our TruClub is a way for you to earn free treatments, receive exclusive TruClub member discounts, be the first to hear about promotions and events, and other cool stuff. It works the same way as a frequent flyers club or a membership rewards program. It cost you nothing to join or be a member, but every time you pay for a spa treatment, product, or gift certificate, you actually earn points toward future treatments!

How you get points:

For every dollar you spend on treatments, products, and gift certificates (excluding taxes), you receive one point.*

 
In addition, you can earn bonus points as follows: 

Review us!  Write a review on Citysearch, then send us an email that you wrote the review and what your ‘handle’ (username) is.  Each review earns you 150 points and you can do one Citysearch review per year.

Share Tru with a friend!  When you get a facial, massage, or Tropical Rainforest Treatment at Tru we will send you a Thank You card in the mail.  If you give this to someone who has not been here before and they bring it in on the day of their first treatment, they will get 10% off of their first visit and you will get 10% of of your next visit.  Plus, you will get 100 Points for each friend you refer in this manner.  (Note:  If you are doing waxing or nail treatments and you want to refer a friend just tell the front desk when you check out and they will write out a card for you)

Re-Book at Checkout!  Book your next appointment before you leave the spa and receive 100 points for each spa appointment (massage, facials, Tropical Rainforest treatment) and 50 points for nail or waxing appointments.**

Book online!  Receive 50 points for each appointment booked online.†  

Bring your group to Tru!  Bring 3 or more people to the spa Monday through Thursday and get 1.5 points for every dollar your party spends, regardless of who pays for the bill(s).††  (Notes: Excludes nail services and nail-only clients are not counted toward your party, you must inform us at time of booking that you are a TruClub member in order to receive the bonus points)

Variety Points At the end of each year, we will give you 100 points for each item you have completed from the list below ‡ (Max 600 points):

• Receive a facial
• Receive a massage
• Receive a nail treatment
• Receive a waxing
• Experience our Tropical Rainforest Room
• Purchase a TruGift for someone else
• Purchase a product
  

TruClub rewards are calculated in January for the prior calendar year.  If you qualify for an award (1500 minimum points) you will receive an email before January 31st.  Please note, any TruClub inquiries must be done via email to the TruClub, and we cannot provide a point balance upon request.  We simply don’t have the capability to track it in our system, it is something we do via hand calculations in January.  Each year we start fresh, so unused points are not carried over.

It cost nothing to join. Simply fill out the form below. An email address is required as all TruClub notifications are via email, but we will not sell or share your information with anyone.  And yes, if you join the club after you have received treatments, the treatments you received before you joined will count toward your point total for that calculation period.

Important Notes:

*  In order to receive the points on your file, you have to pay for the appointment in a ticket opened in your name.  Gift certificate points are awarded with the purchase of gift certificates:  No points are given for the redemption of gift certificates. 

** The points are earned when the future appointment is completed.  Future appointments can later be changed but may not still be eligible for the bonus points.  If you need to change the date of your appointment, our staff can inform you if the booking is still eligible for the Re-Booking bonus.  Multiple nail or waxing appointments the same day count as 50 points.

† Max 50 points per appointment day, meaning multiple treatments booked for the same day count as 50 points.

‡ To qualify for the variety points, you must have spent at least $800 at the spa in the calendar year.  When purchasing a TruGift you must inform us that you are a TruClub member in order to get your bonus points.  The gift must be for someone else, if you redeem the gift you will not receive the bonus points
